Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies filled with Easter themed sprinkles, and rolled in a cinnamon and sugar mixture, giving these cookies a delicious snickerdoodle flavor. Everyone will love these easy soft and chewy cookies this Easter made from a box of cake mix.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of white cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Easter themed sprinkles and chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
