Easter Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Blossom Cookies

Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies filled with Easter themed sprinkles and chocolate kisses. They are started from a box of cake mix. These easy cookies make the perfect easy treat to bake this Easter. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies, and delicious chocolate flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of white cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Easter themed sprinkles and chocolate chips are then folded into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are completely cooked through. Remove the cookies from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
