Soft and chewy classic chocolate brownies, filled with fun Easter themed sprinkles. These easy brownies make a great way to enjoy Easter this year. Everyone will love the classic chocolate brownie flavors and the Easter themed sprinkles all throughout the brownie batter.

To make the brownie batter, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Easter themed sprinkles are then folded into the batter. Spread the brownie batter into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Evenly pour the brownie batter into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
