Soft and chewy chocolate cookies made from a box of brownie mix. All you need is five simple ingredients to make these soft and chewy cookies. They are filled with Easter themed sprinkles and rolled in powdered sugar, giving them a crinkle look after they are baked. The only five ingredients that you need for these cookies is a box of brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Easter themed sprinkles, and powdered sugar. The brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil are mixed together in a large bowl. Easter themed sprinkles are then folded into the cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls, then roll each one into a dish of powdered sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
