Steak is not the easiest meats to cook, it is very easy to make it too tough. But with the crock-pot, the steak cooks perfectly with almost no work done by you. The steaks cook perfectly juicy and tender. Cooking steak in the crock-pot is my new favorite way to cook steak. Serve with all of your favorite steakhouse side dishes such as mac and cheese and green beans.

I used sirloin steak that was already pre cut. But if your steak is not already cut, you can cut the steak into smaller pieces or leave it whole. Although if you use a whole piece of steak, it may need to cook longer or on the high setting. Place the steak into the greased crock-pot. To make the spice mixture, combine salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle the spice mixture over steak and pour beef broth, worcestershire sauce and steak sauce over it. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 4-5 hours. When it is done, the steak should be tender and fully cooked through.
