Crispy Cajun Steak Fries

Crispy and easy homemade steak fries seasoned with Cajun seasoning, making these fries more spicy. The steak fries are cut into larger fries than regular fries. They are also baked in the oven, making them healthier than classic fried fries. Serve along with sandwiches or burgers for a delicious meal.

The only three ingredients that you need is some russet potatoes that have cut into large steak fries, olive oil, and Cajun seasoning. Mix all three ingredients together, and spread them out in a single layer onto a baking sheet. Bake until the crispy are crispy.

Crispy Cajun Steak Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, cut into steak fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Spread the fries out in a single layer onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes.
