Crispy Cajun Seasoned Saltine Crackers

Quick and easy baked saltine crackers made spicy with Cajun seasoning. They are so crispy and delicious, the perfect snack to enjoy any day of the week, or for a game day party. You only need three simple ingredients, and a couple of minutes of prep time to make these tasty spicy crackers. Store the leftover crackers in either a air-tight container, or in a large Ziploc bag.

To make these crispy crackers, combine saltine crackers, vegetable oil, and Cajun seasoning in a large bowl. Spread the crackers out onto a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until the crackers are crispy and lightly browned. Store at room temperature in an air-tight container for up to one week.

  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine saltine crackers, vegetable oil, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Spread the crackers out into a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
