- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk egg and milk together. In another shallow dish, combine flour and seasoning. Place breadcrumbs into another dish.
- Dip each chicken in the egg mixture, fully coat in flour, dip back into the egg, then fully coat in breadcrumbs. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
