Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, cubed
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, whisk egg and milk together. Combine flour and seasoning in another dish. Place breadcrumbs in another dish.
- Dip each chicken nugget into the egg mixture, coat in flour, dip back into egg, and coat in breadcrumbs. Air-fry in batches for 10-12 minutes.
