Crispy Air-Fryer Greek Green Bean Fries

Crispy green bean fries make the perfect appetizer for any occasion. But instead of being fried in oil, making them unhealthy, these green bean fries are cooked in the air-fryer. Making them just as crispy, but without the oil. These green bean fries are seasoned with Greek seasoning, giving them the perfect flavor. Serve these fries dipped in ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.

The green beans are first trimmed. Egg and milk are whisked together in a bowl. Flour and seasoning are combined in another bowl, and the breadcrumbs are placed in another bowl. Dip the green beans in the egg mixture, coat in flour, back into the egg mixture, coat in breadcrumbs. Air-fry the green bean fries in batches until lightly golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow dish. Combine flour and seasoning in another shallow dish. Place breadcrumbs in the last shallow dish.
  • First dip each green bean in the egg mixture, coat in flour, roll back into the egg mixture, fully coat in the breadcrumbs. Air-fry in batches for 10-12 minutes.
