Mix all of the ingredients except for the powdered sugar into a large bowl until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Reese's pieces
