The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of confetti cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold chocolate chips and Reese’s pieces into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Reese's pieces and chocolate chips.
