Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled made from a box of confetti cake mix and filled with chocolate chips. Each cookie is also topped with a heart shaped chocolate. These easy blossom cookies make the perfect easy treat to bake this Valentine’s day.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of confetti cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil and chocolate chips until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove them from the oven, and place one chocolate heart on each cookie.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
