Easy chewy chocolate brownie cups topped with a easy confetti chocolate chip snickerdoodle cookie dough. These brownie cups combines these two classic desserts into one delicious treat. Everyone will love the classic chocolate brownie flavors combined with the chocolate chip snickerdoodle flavors.

The brownie batter is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Then divide the brownie batter between a paper lined muffin pan. The cookie dough is made by mixing the cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookie dough over the brownie batter. Bake until each cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ( 15 oz.) box confetti cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

 

• Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
• Evenly divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. In a shallow dish, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
• Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookie dough over the brownie batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
