Cinnamon Raisin Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies

Buttery classic shortbread cookies filled with tons of delicious cinnamon flavors. Along with raisins and chocolate chips folded into the cookie dough. Everyone will love these easy delicious cookies for just about any holiday or occasion. The chocolate and raisin flavors go together perfectly in these easy cookies along with the cinnamon flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until it is fully combined. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and flatten each one slightly. Place the cookies onto a large baking sheet, and bake until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly browned.

Cinnamon Raisin Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined.
  • Fold in the raisins and chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and flatten each one slightly. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
