Quick and easy no-bake treat that everyone will enjoy making this holiday season. Pretzels are stuffed with easy peanut butter dough, and dipped into melted chocolate and Christmas-themed sprinkles. It is so quick and easy to make these tasty treats. The make the perfect last minute no-bake treat for the holidays.

The dough for the peanut butter filling is like the dough for a classic peanut butter ball. Butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar are combined until a thick dough forms. The peanut butter dough is sandwiched between two pretzels and dipped into melted white chocolate. It is then dipped into a shallow dish of Christmas-themed sprinkles. Set the bites onto a plate and refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.

Christmas Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • pretzels
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup Christmas-themed sprinkles

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
  2. Place the peanut butter dough onto half of the pretzels, and sandwich with the remaining half. Set onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Place the sprinkles in a shallow dish. Dip half of the pretzel sandwiches into the melted chocolate, and coat in the sprinkles. Set back onto plates and refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
