Chewy chocolate brownie cookies filled with fun red and green Christmas themed M&Ms. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and the delicious added chocolate flavor from the M&Ms. They make the perfect easy treat to bake this Christmas season.

The brownie batter is made like a classic brownie batter, except with the addition of Christmas themed M&Ms folded into the batter. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup Christmas M&Ms

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
2. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
