Easy chewy chocolate chip blondie cups filled with fun Christmas themed sprinkles. The texture is soft and chewy and they are filled with tons of delicious chocolate flavors. Everyone will love these easy chewy blondie cups for a fun and easy Christmas themed dessert.

The batter is made like a classic blondie batter, except with the addition of chocolate chips and Christmas themed sprinkles folded into the batter. Divide the batter evenly between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Christmas Chocolate Chip Blondie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  • Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder, and mix until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  • Evenly divide the batter between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
