Chocolate Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies

The cookie dough is made just like a classic peanut butter cookie dough. It is then rolled into balls, and stuffed with chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, covering the chocolate chips completely. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Chocolate Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and flatten each one slightly.
  • Place chocolate chips on each piece of dough. Roll into ball, covering the chocolate completely. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
