The chocolate chips are melted in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Spoon a small amount of chocolate on each pretzel. Place one mini cadbury egg on each pretzel over the chocolate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
