The white chocolate chips are first melted in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until they are fully melted and smooth. Stir peppermint extract into the melted chocolate. Fully coat each graham cracker into the melted chocolate and set them onto plates. Top with crushed candy canes, and refrigerate until the chocolate has fully set.

- Place white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the peppermint extract.
- Break graham crackers in half. Fully coat each graham cracker into the melted chocolate, set onto plates. Sprinkle each graham cracker with crushed peppermint. Let sit until the chocolate has set.
