Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Vanilla Wafers

Quick and easy three ingredient treat with vanilla wafer cookies and peanut butter. Peanut butter is sandwiched between two vanilla wafer cookies, then it is coated in melted chocolate. The peanut butter and chocolate flavor combination is a classic. It makes the perfect easy no-bake treat that everyone will love.

Peanut butter is spread onto half of the vanilla wafer cookies, then sandwiched with the remaining cookies. Set them aside while you melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, until it is fully melted and smooth. Use a fork to fully coat each cookie sandwich. Let them set on plates until the chocolate is completely set.

Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Vanilla Wafers

Ingredients
  

  • vanilla wafer cookies
  • peanut butter
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Evenly spread peanut butter onto half of the vanilla wafers. Sandwich with the remaining half of cookies.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Use a fork the fully coat each cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate. Set onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
