Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Quick and easy chocolate-covered graham crackers make the perfect no-bake Christmas treat to make this year. It takes less than 10 minutes, and you only need a few simple ingredients. All you need to make these is a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave. These are great for any holiday or occasion. I used Christmas-themed sprinkles for these, but you can top them with chopped M&M’s, chocolate chips, crushed peppermint, or any other candy.

The only three ingredients that you need to make this easy candy is graham crackers, a bag of chocolate chips, and sprinkles. You can use any flavor of chocolate that you would like, I chose to use milk chocolate for these. But white chocolate would go great with a topping like crushed peppermint. Place the chocolate into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until the chocolate has completely melted and is smooth. Dip each graham cracker into the melted chocolate and set onto plates. Top with your sprinkles or favorite crushed candy. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge until serving.

  • Graham Crackers
  • 12 oz. Chocolate Chips
  • Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Break graham crackers apart and dip each one into the melted chocolate. Set onto plates. Decortate with sprinkles. Refrigerate until set.
