Chocolate Covered Basketball Vanilla Wafers

Quick and easy chocolate covered vanilla wafers covered in melted chocolate that is colored orange with food coloring. It is decorated with more melted chocolate in a basketball pattern. All you need is four simple ingredients, and no baking needed to make these easy cookies. They are perfect for any basketball themed party or event.

The only four ingredients that you need for these cookies is a bag of white chocolate chips, orange food coloring, vanilla wafer cookies, and some melted chocolate chips. The white chocolate chips are melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the orange food coloring. Fully coat each vanilla wafer into the melted chocolate. Let sit on a large plate until the chocolate has completely set. Place the melted chocolate into a piping bag, and decorate each vanilla wafer in a basketball pattern. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • orange food coloring
  • vanilla wafers
  • melted chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each vanilla wafer into the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set. Place the melted chocolate chips in a piping bag. Decorate each vanilla wafer in a basketball pattern. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
