Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies made with a box of vanilla pudding mix. These easy cookies are so quick and easy to make. The pudding mix makes the cookies more soft and chewy. Everyone will love these easy chocolate chip cookies for just about any occasion.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic chocolate chip cookie dough, except for the addition of dry vanilla pudding mix whisked into the flour mixture. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ( 3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and both granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
