Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

So quick and easy, these delicious energy bites are healthy and only take a few minutes to put together. You only need four simple ingredients to make them, and no added sugar is needed. All you need is one mixing bowl to make these bites, and less than 10 minutes. These energy bites stay good in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to one week.

The only four ingredients that you need to make these tasty energy bites, are quick oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips. You can also add in any other ingredients that you would like, such as raisins, dried fruit, or anything else that you can think of. All of the ingredients are mixed together in a large mixing bowl, and formed into bite-sized balls. Either serve the bites right away, or store them in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Store in the fridge until serving.
