Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Press the cookie dough evenly into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
