Easy sweet and salty cookie dough pretzel bites with a homemade edible chocolate chip cookie dough. These easy pretzel bites are sandwiched with classic chocolate chip cookie dough and dipped into melted chocolate. No baking is needed to make this easy tasty treat. Everyone will love these sweet and salty bites for any occasion.

The edible cookie dough is made by first heating the flour in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Then all of the ingredients are mixed together until a thick dough forms. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the pretzels, and sandwich with more pretzels. Set the pretzel bites onto a plate, and melt chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Dip half of the pretzels into the melted chocolate, then set them back onto plates. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, heated in the microwave
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • pretzels
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place the flour in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for about 40 seconds. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in milk and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the heated flour, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Evenly divide the cookie dough between half of the pretzels. Sandwich with the remaining half of pretzels.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Dip half of each cookie dough bite in the melted chocolate and set onto plates. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
