Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with both granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until it is smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and raisins. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
