Mix all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate kisses in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
