Quick and easy summer meal with very little prep. These chicken caesar wraps are made like a classic caesar salad, except with the addition of chicken and it is served in tortillas. You can easily make this meal ahead of time, and serve them for a picnic, or any other summer dinner. Serve with a side of your favorite chips or vegetables for a delicious summer meal.
The filling for these wraps is made with chicken, lettuce, cooked and crumbled bacon, caesar salad dressing, parmesan cheese, and croutons. Evenly divide the chicken mixture between each tortilla and wrap up into a wrap and serve or, keep in the fridge until serving.
Chicken Caesar Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 large head lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup caesar salad dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 6 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, bacon, salad dressing, parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Place the mixture over each tortilla and wrap up.
