Juicy cheesy beef burgers seasoned with ranch seasoning. These easy cheesy burgers are so easy to make because they are baked instead of cooked on the stove-top. The oven does all of the work, but creates a tender juicy burger. There is no need to have a grill to enjoy a tasty tender burger. They cook perfectly in the oven, and won’t need to watch over them on the stove-top. Serve these delicious cheese burgers with a side of chips or french fries for an easy dinner.

Only three ingredients are needed to make these burgers. Just ground beef, a packet of ranch seasoning mix and some shredded cheddar cheese to place on top of the burgers. Crumble the ground beef into a large bowl and mix it with a packet of ranch seasoning mix. Shape the mixture into 4 burger patties and place them onto a large rimmed baking sheet that is lined with foil. Bake until the burgers are browned and no longer pink. Take the burgers out of the oven and sprinkle cheese on top of each one. Return the burgers to the oven for a couple more minutes until the cheese has melted.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ( 5 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and ranch seasoning mix until evenly combined.
  • Divide beef mixture into 4 hamburger patties. Place into a large baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
