The only four ingredients that you need is a bag of cornbread mix, an egg, milk, and some shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Divide the cornbread mixture between a lined muffin pan and bake until the center of each muffin comes out clean with a toothpick.

- 1 ( 7 oz.) bag cornbread mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together cornbread mix, egg, and milk. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
