Cheesy Baked Omelet

Sharing is caring!

Quick and easy breakfast using only five simple ingredients. Omelets are a great healthy tasty breakfast, but if you are making them for a crowd, it can be a more time consuming breakfast to make. Instead of making these eggs on the stove-top like classic omelets, these are baked in the oven, making them perfect for feeding a crowd. With only five minutes of prep time, these would make a great weekday breakfast idea.

You just need five simple ingredients to make this baked omelet. Eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese are the only ingredients that I used. But you can add in any other ingredients that you would usually put in omelets, like peppers, onions, ham or any other fillings that you can think of. All of the ingredients are whisked together and poured into a greased baking dish. Bake until the eggs have set. Cut into squares and serve.
