Caramel Stuffed Brownie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Evenly divide half of the batter into the muffin liners. Top each with caramel bits and cover fully with the remaining brownie batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
