Soft and chewy white chocolate chip cookie bars made from a box of cake mix. These easy cookie bars need just four simple ingredients, and take just a few minutes to make. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and delicious white chocolate flavors.

The only four ingredients that you need for these cookie bars is a box of white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and white chocolate chips. All four ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
