Cake Mix White Chocolate Chip Christmas Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and made red and green for Christmas. The cookies are also filled with white chocolate chips. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and the delicious white chocolate flavors.

The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, cake mix is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into two bowls and mix one with red food coloring and one with green. Fold white chocolate chips into each cookie dough and take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • red and green food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between two bowls and mix one with red food coloring and one with green.
  • Fold 1/2 cup white chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
