The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients, except for the powdered sugar together in a large bowl until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll each one into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
