The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before serving.

Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
