These easy cookies are started from a box of cake mix, and filled with chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallow bits. They are rolled in powdered sugar before baking, giving them a crinkle look after they have baked. They are perfect to bake for a fun summer themed treat that everyone will love.
The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients except for the powdered sugar is mixed together in a large bowl until combined. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Cake Mix S'mores Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallow bits
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
- Use a cookie scoop to form the cookie dough into balls, roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
