Cake Mix Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Snickerdoodle Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with chopped up chocolate Reese’s peanut butter cups and rolled in a cinnamon sugar mixture. The cinnamon sugar mixture gives these easy cookies a delicious snickerdoodle flavor that everyone will love. They are perfect for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the Reese’s peanut butter cups. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the peanut butter cups.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
