Soft and chewy classic peanut butter cookies filled with chopped chocolate Reese’s peanut butter cups candy. The cookie dough is made with a box of cake mix and filled with peanut butter and peanut butter cups. Everyone will love the delicious peanut butter and chocolate flavors in these easy cookies.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

• 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups, chopped

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups.
2. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
