The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the dough into three bowls, and mix one with red food coloring and one with blue. Mix white chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of each dough and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- red and blue food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough between three bowls, mix red food coloring with one bowl, and blue with another.
- Mix 1/3 cup chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of each cookie dough from each dough, and roll into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
