The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil. Then divide the dough into three bowls, and mix red food coloring into one bowl and blue into another, leaving the last bowl white. Take a small amount of cookie dough from each bowl and roll together into balls. Roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- red and blue food coloring
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into three bowls and mix one with red food coloring and blue with another.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Take a small amount of cookie dough from each bowl and roll together into balls. Roll each one in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
