Cake Mix Red, White and Blue Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and made red, white and blue with food coloring. Everyone will love these fun and easy cookies to bake this summer or Fourth of July. All you need is a few simple ingredients and few minutes to make them.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the dough into three bowls, and make one blue and one red with food coloring. Leaving the last bowl white. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • red and blue food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into three bowls. Add blue food coloring to one and red to another.
  • Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
