Cake Mix Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of spice cake mix and filled with pumpkin puree and white chocolate chips. The cookies are also rolled in powdered sugar before baking, making them even more soft and chewy. Everyone will love the delicious pumpkin and white chocolate flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of spice cake mix with pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil and white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
