The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of spice cake mix with pumpkin puree, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Once they are out of the oven, decorate with candy corn and candy eyes.

Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- candy corn
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and decorate with candy corn and candy eyes.
