Easy soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with white chocolate chips. Everyone will love these easy soft and chewy cookies for just about any holiday or occasion. All you need is five simple ingredients to make them.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and white chocolate chips. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
