The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in Valentine’s day themed sprinkles, and roll the cookie dough into balls, roll each one into a dish of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
