Cake Mix Peanut Butter Valentine’s Day Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with fun Valentine’s day themed sprinkles. The cookies are made more soft and chewy by being rolled in a dish of powdered sugar before baking. Everyone will love these easy and chewy peanut butter cookies this Valentine’s day.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Valentine’s day themed sprinkles are then folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Valentine's day sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
